Online booking

Booking online holds a time for you. It is a reservation, not a payment. You will see a confirmation once the time is held.

Please give accurate contact details so we can reach you about your appointment.

Payment

You pay in person, before your massage begins. We accept cash, cards and Venmo.

Card and Venmo payments include a 4.95% fee. Paying with cash avoids it.

Cancellation, late arrival and no-shows

Please give at least [X] hours' notice if you need to cancel or move your appointment. You can call or text us, and we will free the time for someone else.

If you arrive late, your session will still end at its scheduled time, so it will be shorter. We cannot run into the next guest's appointment.

If you do not show up and have not told us, we may ask you to contact us before booking again.

Owner to confirm: The notice period above and any late-cancellation or no-show fee are placeholders. The owner must confirm the exact hours and consequences before this policy is relied on.

Health and not medical advice

Tell your therapist about any medical condition, injury, pregnancy, allergy or medication that could affect your massage, and speak up if anything is uncomfortable during the session.

Massage here is for relaxation and general wellbeing. Nothing we say or do, and nothing on this website, is medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Please see a doctor for medical concerns.

Right to refuse service

We may decline or stop a session at any time if we believe it is unsafe, if a health condition makes massage unsuitable, or if these terms are not followed.

Conduct

We expect everyone to be respectful toward our staff and other guests. Any inappropriate behavior, including sexual comments, requests or contact, ends the session immediately and no refund is given. We may refuse future bookings.

Using this website

Please use the site only for its intended purpose: finding information and booking appointments. Do not attempt to disrupt it, scrape it, or book appointments you do not intend to keep.

Hours, prices and available times can change. We work to keep them accurate but the site is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind, and may be unavailable from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Chinese Massage Oasis is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of the website or from a missed, delayed or changed appointment. Nothing here limits any right you have under law that cannot be limited, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Utah. Disputes will be handled in the state or federal courts located in Utah.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and the version on this page is the one that applies.
